Awaken and align your mind and body on your schedule and at your own pace with a clear focus on safety and your goals toward improved health and well being. Create your reality and heal from the heart; one session at a time or commit to your healing by joining one of the programs I created to help you transform the way you experience life. Appointments are 75 minutes with 15 minutes buffer time.
